You may cancel at any time 24 hours preceeding the scheduled activity and recieve a 100% refund. If you wish to cancel within less than 24 hours you will recieve a 50% refund, or a 100% gift certificate if you prefer. All trips are "conditions permitting" for your safety, if a trip is cancelled due to weather or river conditions you will recieve a 100% refund, or 100% gift certificate if you prefer.
